British style Fowler with 50" British proofed .78 caliber smoothbore with illegible marked flintlock made circa 1750. Full walnut stock with brass hardware including a brass eagle thumbpiece with owner's initials in script. Comes with steel ramrod. CONDITION: Overall fair with metal showing pitting. Stock has aged finish with forestock being a replacement. Cock screw has aluminum foil around threads to keep secure. Pitted bore with crisp mechanics. DLM
