Made circa late 1870s. Single line patent address on the barrel rib. Round, hinged barrel with blade front sight. 7 shot fluted cylinder. Fine scroll engraving on the frame and cylinder. Barrel has a form of punch dot, with scroll scenes flanking each end. Reapplied nickel finish on the metal components, with the cylinder pin and cylinder being gold wash. Period imitation ivory grips. CONDIITON: Metal retains 80% of its finish, with areas of general wear and discoloration. Grips are excellent. Bore has a few minor pits, retaining strong rifling. Tight hammer and cylinder. Mechanically fine. JWA
