Made 1925. Caliber/model markings on the right side of the slide, with patent dates and company address on the left. Rampant Colt pony behind the left slide serrations. "VP" proof on the left side of the trigger guard. Matching serials on the frame and inside of the slide. Half moon front sight and u-notch rear. Factory high polish nickel finish and checkered brown hard rubber grips. CONDITION: Metal retains 85% of its original finish with general wear and some minor scratches. Grips have light wear to the checkering. Bore is lightly frosted with very good overall rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine is excellent, with a few minor scratches. JWA
