Manufactured in 1903 during the first year of production. High polished blue finish with niter blued small parts. Standard early production features including 4" barrel chambered in .32 ACP, first type bushing, non angle cut slide serrations, "BROWNING'S PATENT" marking, half moon front sight, u-notch rear sight, and checkered composite grips with "COLT" within scalloped border and rampant Colt logo. Dual tone Colt marked magazine. CONDITION: Very good. Vast majority of the factory applied finishes are retained with some thinning, especially on the grip straps. Grips are very good with exceptional definition and 1 abrasion to the right panel. Good bore displaying crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. A fine example of an early production high polish Colt 1903!
