Made 1931. Caliber/model markings on the right side of the slide, with patent dates and company address on the left. Rampant Colt pony behind the left slide serrations. "VP" proof on the left side of the trigger guard. Half moon front sight with U-notch rear. Late production all Colt blued finish. Factory checkered wood grips with silver medallions. 2-tone blued steel magazine marked "CAL.32 / COLT" on the base plate. CONDITION: Metal retains 85% of its original finish with general edge wear. Grips are excellent with crisp checkering. Clean bore overall, with strong rifling retained. Mechanically fine. Magazine is excellent. JWA
