All 30 bells screwed on and marked "WEB" with a running horse, all approximately No. 1. This is a very rare strap, having legible bells all by William E Barton, grandson of William Barton. Mid 1800's. Quality would improve with a cleaning, but otherwise an outstanding example of these bells. Condition is fair with what appears to be an original strap aside from a small additional piece of riveted leather.
