Hi-Power semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Fabrique Nationale while under German occupation during World War II. Left side of slide bears stampings stipulating the manufacturer information followed by an "(Eagle) / 140" waffenamt and an eagle firing proof, which are also present on the left side of the frame. Metal components are blued, with the frame being mounted with 2-piece checkered wood grips. Full serial number is present on the right side of the slide, with the right side of the frame and barrel matching via the last 3 digits of the serial number followed by their "b" suffix. Pistol is accompanied by a canvas Canadian Inglis holster containing 1 spare magazine. CONDITION: Metal components retain fair to good amounts of their original arsenal applied blue finish, exhibiting wear and thinning overall that show through to silvering as well as gray and brown patinas. Bright bore, exhibiting some light oxidation as well as good rifling throughout. Grips show a couple scattered handling marks and mild smoothing, but are otherwise fine. Holster is very good overall.
