Rare Winchester Model 1892 Trapper saddle ring carbine made by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company in 1925. 16" round Winchester Proof Steel blued .44 WCF barrel with full blued magazine tube, pinned blade front sight, rear graduated ladder rear sight, and "MODEL 92- WINCHESTER - 44W.C.F." barrel marking. Blued proof marked action with plain trigger and saddle ring marked on tang "MODEL 92 / WINCHESTER/TRADEMARK REG US PAT OFF & FGN". Walnut plain carbine style stock with blued carbine buttplate. Short style walnut carbine forearm. CONDITION: 90% original blue with wear on carry areas and some spotting from poor storage. 90% original varnish with light handling marks. Excellent bore and mechanics. DLM
