Desirable L.C. Smith Field Grade side by side shotgun made by Hunter Arms Company in 1928. 1 of 2,509 made and 1 of 521 with ejectors. 26" blued Armor Steel .410 gauge fluid steel barrels with high single sighting plain matted rib and bead front sight with ejectors. Case hardened featherweight sidelock frame with non-automatic safety and double triggers. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with hard rubber buttplate and grip cap. Matching checkered splinter forearm with Banjo roller forearm latch. CONDITION: 90% plus barrel blue with some light solder residue along rib 6" from the muzzle (possible factory goof or remnants of repair). Barrels ping nicely. 90% vivid colors with a slight staining across left side. 90% varnish with some handling dings and marks with large ding on comb. Good bores and mechanics. DLM
