German World War II mismatched pair of MP38/40 pouches. The right side 3-cell pouch is made from an olive "duck" canvas with light wear and soiling. Brown leather belt loops, "D"-ring side strap, and pouch closure straps are supple with light wear and damage. Upper belt loop has faint remnants of the embossed marking of "MP38 u. 40", and the marking of "?ea, 1943" is present on the side strap. Left side 3-cell pouch and loading tool pouch are made of a coarser olive canvas with fading, wear and staining. The 3 magazine flaps are made from olive ribbed canvas, and the loading tool flap is made from green "duck" canvas. Brown leather closure strap, belt loops, and "D"-ring strap exhibit light to moderate wear. No markings are visible. CONDITION: Overall very good. WEZ
