New Army double action revolver manufactured by Colt in 1902. The left side of the barrel is stamped "COLT. D.A. 41", with Colt's 2-line address across the top. Left side of frame bears the encircled Rampant Colt logo. Major metal components are blued, with some smaller components being nitre blued. Features include a 6" barrel, half-moon front sight, frame notched rear sight, as well as 2-piece Colt logo checkered hard rubber grips. Matching assembly numbers are present on the frame and cylinder. CONDITION: Metal components retain large amounts of their original factory applied blue finish, exhibiting areas of wear and thinning overall that show through to gray and brown patinas. Mirror bore, exhibiting strong rifling throughout. Grips show some smoothing and a few marks from handling and storage, but are otherwise fine. MLW
