1883 vintage Colt Single Action Army revolver, serial number 89329. 7 - 1/2" round barrel chambered in .45 Colt with blade front sight, single line barrel address, and frame notch rear. 1 piece plain walnut grips. Matching serial numbers found on frame, trigger guard, and butt. Cylinder and barrel have been renumbered to match. Complete with factory letter stating that this gun originally had a 5 - 1/2" .45 caliber barrel, was nickel plated, and was shipped to Simmons Hardware Company in St. Louis, Missouri on April 24, 1883. CONDITION: Good, as chemically blended to a brown-gray patina. Grips are good as lightly sanded and finish added with no major signs of distress. Mechanics are well worn. Bore is lightly frosted with well-defined rifling. TON
