1882 vintage Colt Single Action Army revolver, serial number 77522. 7 - 1/2" round barrel chambered in .45 Colt with single line barrel address, blade front sight, and frame notch rear. Black powder frame with low profile ejector rod head. 1 piece plain walnut grips. Matching serial numbers observed on frame, trigger guard, and butt. Complete with reproduction English style partitioned hardwood case with gray lined interior. CONDITION: Very good, with an attractive amount of the original nickel plating remaining with age related flaking throughout. Grips are very good with finish loss at high edges and crack on left grip panel spanning its length. Action needs attention as hammer only stops on full cock notch. Bore is lightly frosted with crisp rifling. Case is excellent. TON
