German 1930s DSM34 (Deutsches Sportmodell) training rifle in .22 Long made by "Erma, Erfurt". Marked as such on sides of the receiver with "B" and "U" proofs, and the serial number "4676" on the barrel, receiver, and bolt. Rear sight is the standard .22 K98K style sight adjustable to 200 meters, with standard drift adjustable front sight blade. Walnut stock (with bolt take-down disc) and handguard, and the right rear of the stock has the SA marking of "SA - Sta 9" stamped there, and the left side has the name of "K.SCHREIBER" stamped. Original era sling is attached, with no cleaning rod present. Rear butt plate is blued steel, and a past collector has attached white tape on it identifying the rifle. CONDITION: Rifle is overall excellent and retains 90+% of it blued finish. Walnut stock has scratches and light dings and dents. Bore is bright, trigger functions correctly, and rifle is mechanically sound. WEZ
