Probably Ming Dynasty, China. Thinly potted. The shallow rounded dish delicately molded on the interior with a scaled leaping dragon, and covered overall with an even glaze of warm ivory tone below the unglazed rim. Sticker on bottom reads "No. s-30 Ting Yao James Fould". Some staining to surface.
Condition: (Very Good).
