Made circa 1870s. This very gun is pictured on page 65 of "The Derringer and America Volume II", by L.D. Eberhart. Matching serials on the barrel and inside of the butt. Half round, half octagon barrel with no sights. Iron frame and barrel with a full reapplied nickel finish throughout. Factory scroll engraving throughout. Period ivory grips. CONDITION: Metal retains 70% of its reapplied finish. Some cleaned pitting seen underneath. Grips have light wear. Smooth bore with frosting and pitting. Tight hammer, being mechanically fine. JWA
