Louis Rodier single shot derringer. Made circa 1870s, with less than 1,000 being made. Barrel is marked "RODIER PAT.SEP.15 74". Round barrel with no sights. All blued finish. Oil finished walnut grips. CONDITION: Metal retains little of its original finish with general wear and a gray/brown patina. Grips have a few handling marks. Bore is heavily frosted, with little rifling. Tight hammer, being mechanically operable. JWA
