ID'd medal grouping to career U.S. Army soldier Harry S. Ogilvie and confirmed in recorded medal rosters. Included are his Indian Wars campaign medal No. 918, Army of Occupation of Cuba No. 3633, Philippine Insurrection campaign medal No.3743, and an unnumbered Spanish War service medal. Cursory research shows Ogilvie spent the early 1880s in the Arizona Territory at Fort Thomas during the Apache Wars, and at Fort Halleck, Nevada with the 8th Infantry Regiment. He served through the early 1900s and saw service in the Philippine Insurrection. Worthy of further research. CONDITION: Excellent. PROVENANCE: Roger Bender Collection. BRM.
