Lot consists of: (A) World War II US Army overseas hat with infantry blue piping and pinback Infantry School DI marked "Sterling". Named to "Ronning" on the interior. CONDITION: Blue piping exhibits fading. Overall good. (B) WWII US Army Mills belt adorned with 15 DIs and miniature screw-back officer's insignia. The DIs include the 7th Infantry Regiment, 14th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Air Base Squadron, 24th Infantry Regiment, 148th Field Artillery Regiment, 52nd Coast Artillery, 91st Coast Artillery, 33rd Infantry Regiment, Command General Staff, 2nd Field Artillery Battalion, amongst others. All are screwback except for the 91st CA, 24th IR, and Infantry School DIs. Many are marked on the reverse by N.S. Meyer. A.H. Dondero, and the 2nd Field Artillery DI is marked "JR Gaunt New York Made in England". CONDITION: DIs exhibit a nice patina and exhibit evidence of being on the belt for a long time. Overall very good. (C) WWII US Army belt adorned with 20 pieces of insignia, mostly DIs, including the 6th Bomb Group, 18th Fighter Group, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, 67th Armor Infantry Regiment, 6th Field Artillery, 38th Infantry Regiment, amongst others. DIs are marked by NS Meyer, MS Bowman, and A.H. Dondero. All DIs are screwback. CONDITION: DIs exhibit a nice patina and exhibit evidence of being on the belt for a long time. Overall very good. JLD
