Medalist semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Browning. The left side of barrel bears Browning's importer information, with the right side bearing the caliber designation above "MADE IN BELGIUM". Belgian proofs are present on the left side of the slide as well as on the bottom of the barrel. Features include a blued finish, 6 - 3/4" heavy barrel, vent rib, blade front sight, target adjustable rear sight, as well as a 1-piece checkered walnut thumb rest grip. Pistol is accompanied by a black leatherette case featuring a red velvet interior containing a cartridge block, weights, as well as a screwdriver. Case lid's nameplate is blank. CONDITION: Excellent, with metal components retaining bountiful amounts of their original factory applied blue finish, exhibiting few minor superficial marks from handling and storage overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting well defined lands and grooves throughout. Grips are excellent, exhibiting some light superficial marks from handling and storage overall. Case shows some light exterior wear with some minor losses at the corners, but is otherwise fine. A high condition example of an excellent target pistol. MLW
