Woodsman Match Target manufactured by Colt in 1950. Left side of barrel bears stampings stipulating Colt's manufacturer and patent information followed by the Rampant Colt logo above "MATCH TARGET". Left side of slide is stamped "COLT" followed by the caliber designation. Metal components are blued, while frame is mounted with custom 2-piece checkered wood thumb rest grips. CONDITION: Metal components retain the majority of their original factory applied blue finish, exhibiting scattered marks from handling and storage, as well as a few spots of light surface oxidation overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Custom grips show some scattered nicks, marks, and minor losses around the edges from handling and storage, with the right grip exhibiting a small crack to the rear of the trigger area. MLW
