DSP. Sign is Maker Marked Ingram Richardson, Tulsa. A beautiful example of this outstanding and highly sought after Porcelain Sign from Frontier Gasoline showing the iconic Horse & Cowboy graphic with the slogan "Raring To Go". CONDITION: Side one is in excellent condition throughout showing outstanding color and gloss with one area of chipping at the right field. Side one shows a few light areas of minor surface scratches in the field as well as some factory filled flaws in the black porcelain but overall outstanding. Side one shows very minor ring where along the outer edge but overall is in outstanding condition, Grade 8.9+. Side two is also in excellent condition showing excellent color and gloss throughout the majority of the field with some areas of low gloss in the horse graphic. Side two shows two areas of chipping in the left field with a clean Cowboy graphic. Side two shows a couple of light BB hits in the Horse graphic as well as some minimal stress chips near the outer edge. Side two shows minor ring wear along the outer edge but overall displays outstanding, Grade 8.5. An outstanding example of this iconic piece of Gasoline & Motor Oil Porcelain Signage, one of the finest examples we have sold.
