DSP. Sign is Maker Marked Walker & Co. A bright and very clean example of this very rare Sign from Pontiac Automobiles advertising "Authorized Service" and showing a large full feathered Native American graphic on each side. CONDITION: Side one shows outstanding color and gloss throughout the field with a clean graphic as well as ultra clean script. Side one shows one BB size chip in the white infield as well as one small chip near the "I" of Pontiac. Side one shows a few areas of minimal surface scratch but overall outstanding. Side one shows light wear around the outer edge with one added hole at the bottom center edge. Side one shows excellent shelving between each color as well as beautiful orange peel texture in the porcelain, Grade 8.9+. Side two also shows outstanding color and gloss throughout the field showing very minimal surface scratching as well as three BB sized chips in the lower field. Side two shows an excellent condition outer field with just a few light areas of surface scratch and the outer edge is damage free showing only minimal wear. The colors are bright and glossy and overall side two displays extremely well, Grade 8.9+. A beautiful example of this rare size sign from Pontiac and an excellent example of graphic Automotive Advertising.
