DSP. C. 1950's large porcelain service station sign for Texaco gasoline & motor oils showing large star graphic with bold script. CONDITION: Side one shows excellent color & gloss with numerous areas of chipping throughout the field. Side one shows some light staining in the lower field with some minor chipping along the outer edge, Grade 7.9+. Side two shows excellent color & gloss, but shows heavier chipping throughout the field as well as some minimal rust staining. The outer edge shows chipping at the mounting holes, but overall displays well with a great original patina, Grade 7.5. A nice displaying piece of original Texaco porcelain signage.
