26'' L. Circa 1930. Packard open front cab with sit and ride wooden steering handle, delivery body with center openings and steps, fantastic original decals with the image of a dairy cow. One of the rarest and most desirable Keystone toys. Reproduction rubber tires, completely overpainted, original side decals intact, replaced radiator decal.
