Circa 1916. Classic configuration including barrel with high integral rib that sports a screw retained front sight; added British Broad Arrow proof over cylinder, appears field done. Numerous proofs throughout including BNP proof, broad arrow, Webley patent proof, chamber firing proofs. "34 / N" proof at top of backstrap, near knuckle. "M" on bottom of left grip; both grips made of vulcanite. Lanyard attached to ring. Period holster with cleaning rod and a box of 12 rounds of .455 ammo dated 1944. CONDITION: Good. Metal has been refinished with some softness to legends as a result and some spots of peppering. Some handling marks and dings visible, primarily to barrel. Mechanically fine, bore is very good with strong rifling and some pitting towards chamber. Holster is very good, with some fraying at extremities. Box ammo is very good, sealed, with some mild softness to edges. A nice example, uncut. EMW
