One of only approximately 50,000 29M semi-automatic pistols manufactured by FEG between 1929 to 1935. The left side of the slide is stamped "FEGYVERGYAR-BUDAPEST 29M", with a Hungarian military acceptance stamp present on the left side of the trigger web, and the serial number on the left side of the receiver. Metal components are blued, with the frame being mounted with 2-piece serrated wood grips. Pistol is accompanied by a proper Hungarian brown leather holster containing 2 spare magazines. CONDITION: Metal components retain large amounts of their original arsenal applied blue finish, exhibiting areas of wear and thinning showing through to brown patina that is mostly concentrated on the slide. Bore is bright, exhibiting mild inactive oxidation and retains strong rifling throughout. Grips show a few nicks and impressions from storage and handling, but are otherwise fine. Holster is very good, exhibiting some mild exterior wear from storage and handling. MLW
