SSP. An incredibly clean example of this early Porcelain Service Station Sign from Shell Gasoline showing bold Shell script throughout the field as well as iconic yellow and red Shell colors. Sign features unique scalloped edges in the corners and is a tough to find sign in high grade. CONDITION: Sign shows excellent color and gloss throughout the chip free field showing clean lettering as well as an ultra clean outer edge. Sign shows a few minor areas of light discoloration in the field as well as some light areas of minor surface scratch but overall outstanding. Sign shows very minimal wear at the mounting holes and shows a clean outer edge with just a few minor areas of light nicks. One of the finer examples of this Sign that we have ever sold and an excellent displaying piece of early Shell Service Station Porcelain Signage.
