DST. A very nice example of this scarce and highly sought after C. 1930's Tin Sign for Oilzum Motor Oils showing excellent Oilzum shaded script with iconic "Oswald The Driver" graphic. Sign was originally used atop a one and five quart oil can rack. CONDITION: Side one is overall outstanding showing brilliant color & gloss with no notable field wear other than some faint and minimal surface scratching. The outer edge of side one shows a few very minor nicks but overall exceptionally clean, Grade 9.0. Side two also shows excellent color & gloss in the green with some overall discoloration in the white showing brown age staining with some moderate surface scratching. Side two shows some minor paint loss at the upper left with some light areas of edge wear, Grade 8.0. A very scarce piece of highly sought after advertising from Oilzum Motor Oils.
