This lot of two includes a sword cane with simple ivory knob grip and wooden shaft. The shaft has a single eyelet and wrist cord sitting 1 - 1/2" below the base of the handle. 35"T with a 1 - 5/8"W handle. The second is also a sword cane, the shaft appears to be bamboo with an ivory handle and displays large striations. The engraved sword within reads "Exposition Universelle 1887" on one side and "L Chobert Arquer. Rue Lafayette 16. Rue Toutb Bout 27. Paris" on the other. 34 - 1/4"T with a 4 - 3/4"L handle. Both canes display wear but are an excellent addition to the collectors of unique sword canes.
