Highly sought after Smith & Wesson revolver built on a stainless steel round butt N Target frame and chambered in .44 Magnum with a 3" barrel. Only 8,000 in this special configuration were manufactured and distributed by Lew Horton and Smith & Wesson between 1986-1987. This revolver also features a serrated ramped front sight with red insert, micrometer click rear sight, 6 round fluted cylinder, smooth faced trigger, knurled hammer and cylinder release, 10 line serrated backstrap, and smooth rounded wooden stocks with gold Smith & Wesson emblem. Inside right grip is stamped "APR 23 1986". Smith & Wesson trademark on side plate. 4 line manufacturer information on right side of frame. Right side of barrel marked "44 MAGNUM" and left side marked "SMITH & WESSON". CONDITION: Excellent overall with most original finish remaining. Very slight handling marks throughout. Bright bore and crisp rifling. Good mechanics. GFP.
