Manufactured in 1971 according to the barrel date code. Barrel is a 24" blued stainless medium-heavy varmint profile chambered in .25-06. Long action receiver with engine tuned bolt. No factory sight provisions. Rifle is mounted with a vintage 20x Lyman Super Targetspot scope retaining its screw on caps and rubber eyepiece. Fitted a gloss finished walnut stock with ribbon pattern press checkering, ebony forend tip, and checkered plastic "Remington" butt plate. CONDITION: Very good showing a few scattered scratches and handling marks. Excellent bright bore with sharp rifling. Fine mechanics. Optic is clear. BAS
