Manufactured in 1861, first year of production. Round barrel with a brass post front sight. A V notch rear sight is cut into the hammer. 5-shot fluted cylinder. Varnished 1-piece wood grip. The serial numbers match on barrel, frame, trigger guard, back strap, wedge, and grip. CONDITION: Gun has an even brown patina with traces of blue in the protected areas. There are a few dings and bruises scattered across the gun. Dark bore with frosting in the lands and grooves. Grips are good with some of the original varnish. Missing the wedge screw. Action does not work, cylinder does not turn when cocked. REW
