Mossberg Model 44US made by O.F. Mossberg and Sons from 1943-1944. Blued "U.S. PROPERTY" marked medium weight barrel with dovetail blade front sight and no rear sight provision. Blued "U.S. PROPERTY" marked detachable magazine fed action with Mossberg fold-away peep sight, green and red safety indicators, and plastic trigger guard. Walnut plain marksman style stock with sling swivels and steel buttplate. Comes with extra magazine. CONDITION: 98% overall with minor handling marks. Good bore and mechanics. DLM
