1861-1874 vintage Smith & Wesson No. 2 Old Army, serial number 49307. 6" octagon barrel chambered in .32 Rimfire Long with German silver blade front sight and cylinder stop rear sight. 2 piece plain rosewood grips. CONDITION: Very good as cleaned, with a majority of the original bluing mixing with a brown patina with wear at high edges. Grips are excellent with no major signs of distress. Action is tight and crisp. Bore is bright with light erosion throughout from period use with corrosive black powder and well-defined rifling.
