DSP. A scarce piece of c. 1930's porcelain service station sign from Shell showing, "Charge Cards Honored." Sign shows iconic Shell orange & red with bold script and shows inverse colors to most known examples. CONDITION: Side one shows outstanding color & gloss throughout the field showing no chipping with only a minimal amount of surface scratch. Side one shows some minimal chipping along the outer upper edge, but overall outstanding. Side two also shows outstanding color & gloss throughout the field with no chipping and only a light amount of minimal stain marks in the "AR" of Cards. Side two showing some minimal chipping along the outer edge, but overall excellent. Sign retains all four of its original grommets and overall displays outstanding.

Condition: (9.0+ & 9.0).
