DST. Sign is dated 1937. A very scarce example of this iconic sign from Havoline Motor Oils usually always seen in porcelain, this example is tin. CONDITION: Sign is in overall fair condition showing very good color with overall dullness in the gloss throughout. Sign shows some minor areas of surface scratching on each side, but overall the piece displays well with an excellent age & patina throughout. Sign shows a clean outer edge and all of the original flange grommets are present. A very scarce piece of Havoline advertising with an excellent patina.
