33'' L. Circa 1925. Open front tractor cab with nickel-plated front bumper, rear water tower trailer features a hose reel, nickel-plated bell, crank-operated mechanical water pump, crank-operated water tower with adjustable nozzle. This very important Sturditoy prototype is comprised of components from several production models including the tractor chassis for there production tanker. The trailer uses components from the production water tower as well as the hose reel from the fire pumper. Unique to this prototype is the shape of the hood, and the screen radiator grille. Headlights and headlight bar is missing.
