A very nice and presentable clipped signature of Frederick North. He is perhaps most notable for serving as Prime Minister of Great Britain from 1770-1782 when he led Great Britain through most of the American Revolutionary War. The clipped signature that is just his last name "North" measures approximately 2 - 1/4" x 1" and is mounted on wood and protected by thin plastic. Surrounding the signature is a fabric covered board which also displays a copy of an image of North and a new copy of a continental currency coin. The board measures approximately 16" x 12". This signature comes with a James Spence Authentication Full Letter of Authenticity. CONDITION: Signature exhibits slight fading but remains legible. The display exhibits handling wear. Nicely presented and ready to hang.
