Lot consists of 2 volumes of bound US state papers published by Congress 1814 to 1816. Reports from the Secretary of the Treasury, Department of War, Secretary of the Navy, Letter of the Post-Master General, and others. Lists of estimates and appropriations for the army, army and navy contracts, etc. One volume contains a list of impressed American seamen, circumstances of their impressment or detainment, where confined, date of release and return, etc. These volumes contain many large fold-out plates exhibiting expenditures, etc. A valuable resource and very large archive that should be inspected in person for content. CONDITION: Good. Some edge wear, etc.
