Lot consists of: (A) May 10, 1777 declaration that deals with the ordinances for the State of New York dealing with pardons to subjects that have committed "treasonable acts" against the same. Signed by a Robert Benson, secretary to the convention. (B) 1777 blank document/blank form for "indicting traitors" to the court system. CONDITION. Very overall with age toning and right chips to fold areas along edges. BRM.
