DSP. An incredibly rare C. 1920's Porcelain Service Station Sign for Motopower Gasoline, an early brand discontinued by the 1930's and marketed shortly in Los Angeles and Southern California. Sign features unique script as well as excellent Radiator graphic and is most likely one of the only known examples. CONDITION: Side one shows excellent color & gloss throughout the field showing clean script with three minor areas of chipping but overall very nice. The outer edges shows heavier chipping at the mounting holes and the sign shows one nail hole at the lower right edge, Grade 7.75+. Side two also shows excellent color & gloss but does show some minor chipping at the outer field as well as some areas of surface scratch. The outer edge shows heavier chipping at the mounting holes but overall displays clean with an excellent Radiator graphic, Grade 7.5. An incredibly rare and significantly early piece of Porcelain Service Station Signage.

Condition: (7.75+ & 7.5).
