World War II P-38 manufactured by Walther. Round barrel with a blade front sight and a U notch rear sight. Double action with brown Bakelite grips and a detachable box magazine. Correct waffenamts on the right side of the slide. Numbers match on the frame, slide, and the barrel. Magazine is number 596. CONDITION: Gun has some blue in the protected areas. There is pitting and freckling scattered across the gun. Grips are very good showing just a bit of wear. Bore is dark and shows some frosting in the lands and grooves. REW
