Smith & Wesson M1905 6-shot, "Victory" DA revolver with "V" prefix serial number. Made 1942-1945. Parkerized overall with round barrel with blade front sight, ".38 S.&W. SPECIAL CTG " on right side, 2-line address on top and "SMITH & WESSON" on left. Casehardened hammer, trigger, and lanyard loop. Plain walnut grips with "V" prefix serial number, ordnance acceptance stamp, and parkerized lanyard loop on butt. CONDITION: 95% original parkerized finish remaining with wear on the corners from light holster wear. Grips are oil rubbed walnut with only the right side showing handling dings. Excellent bore and mechanics. BRM.
