Made by the J.M. Marlin Firearms Company New Haven, Connecticut between 1870-1881 with about 5,000 made with only 900 in .22 caliber. Blued 2
- 1/2" round swing out .22 rimfire barrel marked "NEVER MISS", with German silver blade front sight, extractor, and under frame button barrel release. Brass frame with fluted sides, nickel plating, case hardened hammer and spur trigger. Bird's head plain rosewood 2-piece grips. CONDITION: Blue thinning to a silvery patina. Plating starting to fade with brass showing through. Grips have traces of original varnish. Dark bore with functioning mechanics.
