Lot consists of (A) J.M. Marlin envelope with a Model 1881 lever action rifle picture and stamp dating the letter to 1881-1882. (B) J.M Marlin original catalog dated 1888. (C) 20 round U.M.C. Company 2-piece picture shell box in .45 Government, showing a picture of a Marlin Model 1881 with one original round and a 40-60 Marlin round, both U.M.C. headstamped. CONDITION: Envelope and catalog are in good condition and have been wrapped with some age fading and staining. Shell box is solid with heavy staining with visible picture. Great items for a serious Marlin collector.
