New Land pattern with swivel ramrod, barrel marked with a crown at breech, offset breech with GR proof over broad arrow and crossed pennants. Flat lock with with stamped crowned GR proof, crowned broad arrow, and "TOWER" in arc. Reinforced cock. Serpentine sideplate with double lock bolts, "TH" and a crowned P on sidepanel. Wrist with a crowned broad arrow and "1805" date. Crowned P and crowned 9 offset, near trigger guard. Trigger guard with "YH / 20 / E" unit designation. Brass buttcap. CONDITION: OVerall very good. Barrel with flashes of dove grey and splotchy oxidation, heavier toward muzzle. Swivel ramrod with oxidation towards rammer, cleaner on shaft. Brass with a golden hue, engraving on trigger guard is crisp. Stock is good with some minor handling marks, including some minor chips. Mechanically fine, bore with a minimum of oxidation. EMW
