An exceptionally clean example of this highly sought after C. 1940's Porcelain Pump Plate for Hancock Gasoline showing unique colors as well as "Cock Of The Walk" Rooster graphic. A product of Hancock Oil Company, Long Beach, California. CONDITION: Sign is in exceptionally clean condition throughout showing excellent color & gloss with only a minimal amount of light color wear in the white showing some light age marks. Sign shows a clean graphic and lettering with minimal wear at the mounting holes showing two original grommets. The outer edge shows only light wear and overall the piece displays exceptionally well. An excellent example of this iconic piece of advertising for Hancock.
