AGS CERTIFIED #10275. SST. Sign shows a Makers Mark "The Burdick Co., Inc, New York". A rare and exceptionally clean example of this scarce C. 1930's Tin Service Station Sign from Sinclair advertising Opaline Motor Oils at 30¢ per Quart. CONDITION: Sign is overall excellent showing excellent color & gloss throughout the field with bright colors showing only a light amount of surface scratch. Sign shows a self framed embossed edge which shows some minor scratching at the raised edge and corners. The mounting holes are in very good condition with only minimal wear and the far outer edge shows just minimal paint loss. A very scarce and well displaying example.
