Manufactured as a pair and in identical configuration. Pin fastened barrels decorated with vertical fluting with a turned down muzzle, measuring approximately 1/8", devoid of any maker marks. Ramrods feed directly into an unreinforced mouth of burl walnut stock. Locks with faceted pans, unbridled pan covers, and swan neck cocks, lightly engraved with florals. Dual locking bolts with sideplates decorated with slashed edges and a central floral. Flared butt with mid length stirrups, trigger guards with stylized urn finials and spray of florals. CONDITION: Metal has been cleaned in the European fashion to bright metal, with some scattered areas of oxidation and peppering thorughout. Barrel (B) has a small crack on top of muzzle, approximately 5mm. Stocks are very good with some handling marks, minor chipping at stirrups at barrel pins. Mechanically fine, bores are very good. Formerly part of the Allan Klein collection.
